PauseUP was born from a simple idea: a place to reconnect with what’s important in your life. Envisioned for the Flagstaff area, PauseUP is a design-focused collection of Treehaus escapes, Chalets, Nest Cabins, and Forest Homes—each warm, contemporary, and deeply connected to the landscape.

The ideal site is private yet accessible. Close enough to enjoy everything Flagstaff has to offer, yet far enough away to feel like a true reset. Forest edges, mountain views, trail access, and a sense of quiet discovery are all part of what we are searching for.

As the PauseUP vision continues to evolve, Boyer Vertical is actively exploring properties, partnerships, and investment opportunities that can help bring this concept to life.
